Looking for your first step into the office world?

This Customer Service Representative role is the ideal place to start - full training is provided, so no office experience is needed(!)

You'll begin on a temporary contract with the chance to go permanent after just 12 weeks. With multiple roles available, this is a great opportunity to secure your long-term office career.

You'll join a friendly team in modern, open-plan offices, with plenty going on from charity days to social events. Whether you're starting out or bringing experience from another customer service role, this is the perfect environment to learn and grow.

Details of the Customer Service Representative positions
  • Pay: £12.21 + £1.47 (holiday pay) = £13.68 per hour
  • Start and Duration: ASAP - temporary to permanent contracts available. We can accept candidates with a maximum of a 2-week notice period.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, must be available between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday, with approx. 1 in 4 Saturdays, half a day.
  • Location: Middlewich (outskirts) - free parking - if using public transport, please note, the bus stop is over 1 mile away from site.
Job Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls:

  • Handling approx. 60 - 100 calls per day
  • Booking, re-arranging, and cancelling appointments
  • Answering enquiries
  • Completing over-the-phone questionnaires
  • Updating records on the in-house system
