RE Recruitment Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a Cheltenham-based, part-time role. You will handle queries across phone, email and live chat in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role is permanent, working Monday, Thursday and Friday with a salary of £12.71 per hour plus benefits such as a company pension, staff discount, events, onsite parking and annual leave.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Experience using a customer service or CRM platform is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and live chat.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner.
• Using the company’s customer service platform to manage and update customer enquiries.
• Providing advice on orders, product availability, and bespoke options.
• Chasing suppliers and updating customers on order progress and delivery times.
• Managing customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Supporting sales opportunities and carrying out general administrative duties.
