Job summary

Tenpin Ltd in the United Kingdom (Essex) is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding guest experience across reception bookings, inquiries, events, food and drink service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming centre.

You will work across departments from Laser Arena to Escape Room experiences and karaoke rooms, with responsibilities that include hosting events and supporting a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings and answering enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities, host events and serve food and drinks.
• Keep the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly across departments (Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, Karaoke).
