Job summary

Impact Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 12-month FTC in Wellingborough. The role combines customer service, order processing, data analysis and sales administration with interaction across customers and internal teams.

You will manage orders, build relationships, resolve delivery issues, and produce sales KPIs and forecasts. Strong Excel skills and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Sales Administration is required.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and ownership.
• Experience with an MRP/ERP system is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, schedules and requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve supply or delivery issues.
• Produce sales, KPI and forecasting reports.
• Use Excel to analyse data, create reports and manage spreadsheets.
• Coordinate transport, customer packaging and despatch documentation.
• Support continuous improvement, new product introduction and engineering change projects.
