Job summary

Midwich Limited is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to join the Sales Administration team on a 12 month FTC. You will process customer orders using our ERP system, handle general admin tasks, generate regular reports, and respond to first-level customer enquiries by phone or email.

The role involves building strong relationships with the Sales team and external customers, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring timely order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Previous customer service experience, with a focus on clear communication and professionalism.
• Solid administration experience, demonstrating strong organisational skills, high accuracy and attention to detail.
