As our next Night Receptionist, you will provide an amazing and heartfelt welcome to our guests, connecting with them, and ensuring their stay exceeds expectations. You will make friends, develop a reputation for outstanding service, and learn new skills supporting your personal and professional growth. You will be an all-rounder within an experienced team, delivering bar service alongside a warm hello that says to guests 'I belong.'

The role covers our two adjoining hotels: Novotel Manchester Centre and Ibis 96 Portland Street.

You'll be a team player, embracing challenges with a limitless mindset that reminds our guests we are part of Accor.

You will be the face of our hotels, extending a warm welcome, prioritizing guest well-being, and adding your personal touch to their stay.
