Job summary

Travail Employment Group in Doncaster is seeking a Senior Customer Services Executive to join a growing family-owned manufacturing business. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate records.

This role offers a clear development pathway into Customer Service Manager and, longer term, Office Manager for the right individual, with a 39-hour week and opportunities for progression and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or related roles.
• Strong admin and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident with IT and multiple business systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Experience with Sage 200/ERP/CRM would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain customer accounts and records.
• Provide updates on orders, deliveries and stock.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Monitor orders and communicate delays.
• Support improvements to customer service processes.
• Utilise Sage 200, Microsoft 365 and other platforms.
