Job summary

Unipart Group in Doncaster is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts. You will help resolve queries, process orders, and ensure we deliver exceptional service, while supporting pricing and delivery information across the end-to-end cycle.

You will work with internal teams to troubleshoot issues within agreed SLAs, maintain accurate records, spot patterns in service failures, and drive improvements to maximise customer engagement

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, transactional customer service role.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in rail or logistics would be advantageous.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and stay well organized.
• Strong contract and commercial awareness.
• English and Maths GCSEs (or equivalent) with good data interpretation.
• Confident IT skills with Google Workspace and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts and resolve queries.
• Process orders and manage pricing and delivery information end to end.
• Drive customer satisfaction and handle key inquiries, including complaints.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues within SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records and support process improvement initiatives.
