Mansioni

• Manage customer queries and process orders quickly and effectively.
• Deal with complaints from customers and courier issues as they arise.
• Coordinate returns with the sales team, supply chain and warehouse.
• Resolve courier issues and manage deliveries.
• Record notes in CRM system and perform general customer admin.
• Support account managers with all Customer Service queries.
