Job summary

Senior Customer Services Executive in Doncaster, our client a family-owned manufacturing business, seeks an experienced customer service professional ready to move into management. You will handle enquiries by phone and email, process orders, manage accounts and provide updates on deliveries.

The role offers a clear development pathway toward Customer Service Manager and potentially Office Manager, with training, a supportive culture and a quarterly profit-share bonus in addition to a base

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Customer Service, Customer Support, Internal Sales Support or Order Processing.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident IT skills and experience using multiple business systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records.
• Providing updates on orders, deliveries and product availability.
• Investigating and resolving customer queries and complaints.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Monitoring order progress and proactively communicating any delays.
• Supporting improvements to customer service processes and systems.
• Utilising business systems, including Sage 200, Microsoft 365 and other customer service platforms.
