Job summary

HRGO Recruitment are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Centre Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of an automotive service centre in Doncaster. You will lead a busy garage, drive performance, develop a team and maximise sales and profitability.

This is a hands-on management role, not a general retail position. You will ensure efficient operations, excellent customer service and targets are consistently achieved, while maintaining stock, safety and high standards of

Qualifications

• Experience managing an automotive garage, workshop, fast-fit centre or automotive aftersales environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive performance.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent customer service and complaint-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the automotive service centre.
• Drive sales of automotive products and services to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team to maximise performance.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service and resolve complaints effectively.
• Monitor centre performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Recruit, interview and onboard employees; identify training needs.
