Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial Logistics team in a 2-year fixed-term opportunity. You will support internal and external customers, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional service while managing accounts, stock and reporting.

This role involves handling invoicing inquiries, stock transfers, reconciliations and CRM updates, with a focus on accuracy and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, logistics or supply chain environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Experience working with reporting, reconciliations or inventory data
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts, including account setup, annual reviews and document administration
• Respond to customer inquiries relating to invoicing, stock management, system access and Bunge products
• Process stock transfers, stock swaps, regrades and inventory adjustments
• Complete stock reconciliations and assist with inventory management activities
• Review billing, invoicing and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare customer, operational and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate customer records and interactions within the CRM system
• Provide support and coverage across the Commercial Relations and Supply Chain teams as required
