Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a highly organized Customer Services Agent on a fixed-term contract to end-September 2027 in a fast-paced B2B environment. You will process orders in SAP, including free-of-charge and single-line orders, and provide accurate pricing and delivery information.

Key duties include managing high volumes, responding to enquiries, and coordinating with Sales, Planning, Logistics and After-Sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B customer service is preferred.
• Strong data entry and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and manage a high volume of customer orders, including FO C and single-line orders.
• Monitor order queues and prioritise workload to meet service levels.
• Deal directly with customers by phone, email or in person; respond to enquiries.
• Provide pricing and delivery information; obtain and evaluate information for product inquiries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Logistics and After-Sales teams.
• Log interactions and actions taken; contribute to process improvements.
