Job summary

Noble Foods is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator on a 12 month FTC to join the busy Supply Chain team in Lincoln. You will drive order accuracy and flow by raising and amending customer orders, and you’ll coordinate between Sales, Production and Transport to keep deliveries on track.

You will handle customer queries, support planners, and generate service level reports while performing general admin tasks including POs and confirmations, contributing to smooth end-to-end supply chain

Qualifications

• Strong administration and organisational skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Raising and amending customer sales orders.
• Coordinating information between Sales, Production and Transport teams.
• Managing customer queries and resolving supply chain issues.
• Supporting Supply Chain Planners with day-to-day operations.
• Producing service level reports and business insights.
• General administration including POs, order confirmations and equipment requests.
