Tenpin Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant who will provide excellent customer experiences and manage various bookings. You will work across departments, including the Laser Arena and karaoke rooms.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and answer enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events.
• Serve food and drinks, keeping the centre clean.
• Run the Laser Arena and host Escape Room experiences.
• Manage karaoke rooms and host children’s parties.
