Job summary

Tenpin Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, and host events across our family entertainment centre. You will help drive guest satisfaction by promoting food, drink and experiences while keeping the venue clean and welcoming.

You must be confident, energetic and customer-focused, able to work across departments, including Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke and parties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings and answering enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote events, food and drinks.
• Host events across Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke rooms and children's parties.
• Keep the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.
