Job summary

Speedy Hire PLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Stansted to support the front-line sales and customer service team. You will coordinate the full hire process from order to delivery, liaising with depot teams to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

The role is desk-based and involves regular contact with stock, drivers and engineers to minimise delays and keep equipment available. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:00, totaling 42 hours per week, with a salary of

Responsibilities

• Based in the depot, you will be a vital part of operations on the front line of sales and customer service, coordinating the hire process from order to delivery and collection, liaising with all depot teams to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• On a day-to-day basis, you will be desk-based and work with other departments, liaising with stock teams, drivers and engineers to minimise delays and ensure equipment is readily available.
