Job summary

Speedy is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Warrington to be based at the depot and support the front line of sales and customer relations. You will coordinate the full hire process from order through to delivery and collection, liaising with the depot to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service.

The role is desk-based and requires strong organization, clear communication, and a willingness to learn and develop within a supportive team. Driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate solid organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience in hire industry or similar sales/operational role is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions desk-based, supporting the sales process from order to delivery/collection.
• Liaise with stock teams, drivers and engineers to fulfil customer needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
