Speedy Hire PLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Bury St Edmunds. The role focuses on front-line customer service, handling hire orders from start to finish and coordinating with the depot to ensure timely delivery and collection.

You’ll engage with multiple departments, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to a seamless hire experience. A driving licence and prior hire industry exposure are desirable to succeed in this busy environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Experience in hire industry or similar sales/operational role.
• Driving licence and full UK eligibility to work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full hire process from order through to delivery and collection.
• Liaise with depot teams and other departments to meet customer needs and ensure service delivery.
• Provide frontline customer service and sales support to build relationships and drive satisfaction.
