Job summary

Speedy Hire PLC in Warrington is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be on the front line of sales and customer service. You will coordinate the hire process from order to delivery and collection, liaising with depot teams to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

In this desk-based role, you will work with stock, drivers and engineers to fulfil equipment requests, build strong relationships and support the ESG-driven approach to service excellence and flexible working patterns.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills both verbally & written.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Driving licence.
• Previous experience in the hire industry or similar sales or operational role.
• Ability to support ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.

Responsibilities

• Desk-based role liaising with other departments and stock teams to fulfil customer needs.
• Coordinate hire process from order through to delivery and collection.
• Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction with service.
• Work with drivers and engineers to minimise delays in equipment fulfilment.
