Job summary

Olleco in Southampton is seeking an office-based Customer Service Advisor to deliver a high-quality customer experience. You will handle inbound calls and make outbound contacts, collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues and grow the business.

You'll work Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00, with pension, medical plan and holiday benefits. The role offers a supportive team and opportunities for progression within a company committed to sustainability and climate impact.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, ideally phone based but that isn't essential.
• Previous experience of working on computer and phone systems.
• The ability to follow and understand a set process.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a busy office environment.
• GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C /4 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• You'll be delivering amazing customer service by building rapport with our customers
• There will be opportunities to grow the business and earn commission through the acquisition of new customers
• We look to proactively manage our customers accounts, identifying and resolving any potential issues in creative and responsive ways
• You'll work alongside the Food Waste team to make our service as efficient as possible while continuing to deliver an excellent service to our customers
