Job summary

Tarmac Trading Limited is seeking a proactive transport coordinator to manage ReadyMix concrete orders, schedule deliveries, and deliver excellent customer service. You will work with transport, logistics and production teams to ensure timely, compliant operations and strong supplier relationships.

The role requires experience in customer service or logistics, with confidence in IT tools (SAP/CRM) and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, transport, logistics, distribution or route planning.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing ReadyMix concrete orders.
• Scheduling deliveries to meet customer requirements.
• Providing customers with updates and outstanding service.
• Working closely with transport, logistics and production teams.
• Coordinating third-party haulage and ensuring compliance standards are met.
• Building strong relationships with haulage suppliers and stakeholders.
• Supporting medium and long-term planning to meet customer demand.
