Customer Service Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Technical Development + 11% Pension employer contribution

Are you a Service Controller with experience working for an engineering company?

This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team where your expertise will be recognized, alongside further technical training and development.

Our client is a growing company expanding their skilled team. The primary purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for customers requiring exchange engines.

The role would suit someone with experience in field service management systems; SAP experience would be a significant advantage.

The role includes:
  1. Efficient and cost-effective scheduling of returns in a customer-facing role
  2. Entering and recording machine defects through daily tick-sheets and inspections
The ideal candidate:
  • Has administrative experience
  • Is seeking a day-based position
  • Ideally comes from an engineering background
