Job summary

DS Smith is hiring a Customer Service Co-ordinator for its Devizes site. You will be the main point of contact for our customer base, coordinating administrative processes and supporting the sales strategy with strong attention to detail.

You will work closely with Sales and Site teams, ensuring accurate information and reporting both internally and for customers, while liaising with stakeholders. A proactive, people-oriented approach and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant customer facing experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Ability to work independently yet build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Positive, can-do attitude with strong organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative processes for the Devizes site and act as the customer contact.
• Work with Sales and Site teams to ensure accurate information and reporting.
• Maintain detailed records and support customer-facing communications.
• Handle multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
