DS Smith in Devizes is looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our UK Packaging Division. You will be the main contact for our customer base, coordinating administrative tasks and supporting Sales and site teams, ensuring information and reporting are accurate and up to date.

The ideal candidate will have customer-facing experience, strong organisational skills and proficient MS Office knowledge, enabling effective multitasking in a busy environment and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in a B2B or B2C environment is essential.
• Able to work independently and build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy site environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for customers at the Devizes site.
• Coordinate administrative processes and reporting for the site and customers.
• Liaise with Sales and Site teams to keep information accurate and up-to-date.
