Job summary

Huntress is seeking a Customer Service & Connections Advisor for a full-time temporary role based in Cambuslang. You will handle customer enquiries by phone, email and online, provide clear information and build relationships within a busy team.

The role offers full training, ongoing development and a supportive environment with a starter hourly rate of £13.89, rising after six months. Monday to Friday hours and a chance to gain valuable experience in a well-established organisation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, administration or a contact centre environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A friendly, professional and confident approach.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks.
• The ability to stay calm and helpful when dealing with challenging queries.
• Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• A positive, team-focused attitude.
• You don't need previous experience in the utilities or connections sector. Full training will be provided, so the most important thing is your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.
