Job summary

Huntress Recruitment is seeking an Internal Helpdesk - Customer Service professional in Cambuslang on a hybrid basis, paying £16.24 per hour. This 6-12 month contract includes 2 days working from home.

You will be the first point of contact for a range of queries, supporting customers, suppliers and colleagues across finance, HR and business service queries, with a focus on timely issue resolution and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, helpdesk, contact centre or shared services.
• Confident dealing with customers and resolving queries.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Comfortable using systems to record and manage information.
