HB Leisure Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Assistants (Arcade Host) to join our team at Alton Towers Resort Hotel. You will welcome guests, restock prizes, manage arcade operations and ensure guests have fun, including late shifts 16:00–00:00 and working outdoors year‑round.

As aCustomer Service Assistant (Hotel Arcade Host), you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our guests, restocking prizes, handing out prizes and ensuring that they have as much fun as possible playing our games in the Hotel Arcade.

Your Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ability to work late shifts regularly i.e. 16:00 - 00:00
• Welcome guests and provide great customer service
• Manage and restock prize inventory
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the arcade and games
• Report any machine issues and needed repairs to managementSupport general arcade operations
