HB Leisure Ltd is seeking Customer Service Assistants (Arcade Host) to work at Alton Towers Resort Hotel. You will welcome guests, deliver great service, and assist with running the hotel arcade.

You will also restock prizes, keep machines clean, report issues to management, and support daily arcade operations while helping guests have fun.

HB Leisure Ltd are looking for enthusiastic and people-centric individuals to work as Customer Service Assistants (Arcade Host) at Alton Towers Resort Hotel as a Customer Service Assistant (Hotel Arcade Host), you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our guests, restocking prizes, handing out prizes and ensuring that they have as much fun as possible playing our games in the Hotel Arcade.

Your Duties & Responsibilities

• Ability to work late shifts regularly i.e. 16:00 - 00:00
• Welcome guests and provide great customer service
• Manage and restock prize inventory
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the arcade and games
• Report any machine issues and needed repairs to management
• Support general arcade operations
