HB Leisure Ltd at Alton Towers Resort is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant (Arcade Host) to deliver excellent guest experiences in a busy outdoor arcade. You will restock prizes, hand out wins and help maintain a clean, inviting play area for guests of all ages.

Ideal candidates are upbeat, reliable and enjoy working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment with weekday and weekend availability. Training provided and opportunities to travel within HB Leisure.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work outdoors year-round.

As aCustomer Service Assistant (Arcade Host), you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our guests, restocking prizes, handing out prizes and ensuring that they have as much fun as possible playing our games in the Arcade.

Your Duties & Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide great customer service
• Manage and restock prize inventory
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the arcade and games
• Report any machine issues and needed repairs to management
• Support general arcade operations
