Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will help provide excellent customer service, stock shelves, and process payments while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will work across all store areas, from tills to replenishment, and contribute to a safe shopping atmosphere. Training and safety procedures are essential, and occasional focus on age-restricted product checks will apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the till and on the shop floor.

• Work across stores areas including online, tills, replenishment, and stock routines.
• Follow safety procedures and training to keep yourself and others safe.
• Support Think 25 policy when serving age-restricted products.
