• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Stock shelves, process payments, and help maintain store appearance.
• Support store operations with on-the-job coaching and feedback to improve service.
• Contribute to a safe and welcoming shopping environment for customers and colleagues.
• Follow procedures for clocking in/out to ensure accurate payments.
• Follow Think 25 policy when serving age-restricted products.
• Respond promptly to assistance calls on self-service checkouts and help desks.
