Job summary

One Stop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will play an important role in day-to-day store operations by delivering great customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store’s appearance.

You will be at the heart of our service, seeking ways to improve how we help customers on the shop floor and at the tills, while following store policies and safety procedures to keep everyone safe and supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering friendly, helpful customer service.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Experience stocking shelves and maintaining store appearance.
