Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily administrative tasks to uphold our high service standards for students, staff, and clients.
  • Establish and maintain professional practices to guarantee impeccable accommodation standards, prioritizing cleanliness and comfort.
  • Safeguard monetary transactions and adhere to CRM cash handling procedures with diligence and integrity.
  • Manage the issuance of keys and access devices, including any parking administration, in alignment with residence protocols.
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries, fostering positive relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Keep residents informed of current and upcoming developments, demonstrating effective communication skills.
  • Cultivate excellent rapport with service users, prioritizing their satisfaction and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records in collaboration with the Accommodation Management Team, ensuring accountability and transparency.
  • Under supervision, oversee risk and safety protocols within the property, prioritizing the well-being of all residents.
