Job summary

Morgan McKinley is recruiting for a Customer Service Executive on behalf of a growing company based on the outskirts of Horsham, Partridge Green, West Sussex. The role is to provide excellent customer service and be the first point of contact for all enquiries.

Salary 28-32K, office-based with own transport required due to location. Hours 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a similar customer service - sales support type role ideally within the manufacturing, construction, or engineering sector
• Highly organised and attention to detail
• Good IT skills

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all incoming customer enquiries
• Process customer information and qualify the call / order, what the customer is looking for etc.
• Keep customers updated on what will happen next with their enquiry / order
• Update the systems with the enquiry / order information
• Maintain strong customer service and answer calls in a timely manner

Salary: 28-32 K
