Job summary

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Sales Support - Customer Service Administrator to work for a well established business just outside of Horsham, West Sussex. The role is based in Partridge Green and focuses on excellent customer service and sales support administration.

The position offers salary up to £32K with hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Own transport is required due to the location of the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service - sales support role, ideally within manufacturing, construction or engineering.
• Highly organised with good attention to detail.
• Good IT skills and systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all incoming customer enquiries.
• Process customer information and qualify calls/orders with what the customer is seeking.
• Keep customers updated on next steps for enquiries or orders.
• Update systems with enquiry/order information.
• Provide strong customer service and respond to calls promptly.

The Sales & Customer Service Support job role is ideal for an experienced Customer Service professional to provide excellent customer service at all times and be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries as well as sales support admin, qualifying customer orders etc.

Salary: up to £32K

Location: Office based - Partridge Green. Own transport required due to location

Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri

Customer Service Admin duties:

• Act as the first point of contact for all incoming customer enquiries
• Process customer information and qualify the call / order, what the customer is looking for etc.
• Keep customers updated on what will happen next with their enquiry / order
• Update the systems with the enquiry / order information
• Maintain strong customer service and answer calls in a timely manner

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience working in a similar customer service - sales support type role ideally within the manufacturing, construction, or engineering sector
• Highly organised and attention to detail
• Good IT skills
