This role suits a customer service professional to provide excellent service and act as the first point of contact for enquiries while handling sales support administration.

Salary is up to £32K with office-based hours 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Office location requires own transport due to the rural setting near Partridge Green.

• Demonstrates high organisation and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient use of IT systems and software for order processing.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all incoming customer enquiries.
