Job Description

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will support a team of legal advisors by handling client calls and assisting with queries related to remortgage transactions. You will ensure the highest level of service, handle calls efficiently, and communicate with banks and third parties to provide a seamless customer experience. The Successful Applicant

• Previous customer service experience, ideally from backgrounds such as hospitality or retail
• Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
