How You'll Make a Difference

  • Be a friendly face at Moortown branch, assisting customers with all branch-based products and services.
  • Open savings accounts for customers investing for a fixed term or saving for important events.
  • Make follow-up calls and handle incoming customer inquiries about products and services.
  • Complete daily administrative tasks such as booking appointments, scanning, letter writing, processing incoming post, and maintaining accurate customer records.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • Experience in customer service, delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills for accurate cash transactions.
  • Resilience and ability to handle challenging customer situations.
  • A passion and drive to achieve positive customer outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar in-house computer packages.
  • Ideally educated to GCSE level including Maths and English or equivalent.
