Introduction

If you’re currently sat in a Call Centre selling insurance thinking you could be using your awesome personality and telephone skills for something better, then this is the role for you.

We’re looking for an ambitious up and comer to join the team to help us take KwizzBit to the next level.

We’re not looking for a rookie straight off the street, we need you to have one to two years of experience in a call centre environment so you’re comfortable making calls.

You’ll start on the phone, but as the company grows, you’ll grow with it.

We’re already making big waves in the industry, and in 2025 we’re going to be working with several global household brands.

It’s going to be a big year for us, and now is the time to bring in a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team to keep the momentum going.

KwizzBit is fast becoming the number one interactive quiz platform on the planet.

We started in the Hospitality Sector as an interactive quiz you can play from your smartphone in pubs and bars across the UK. Fast forward to today and we’re now used by companies of all shapes and sizes to run fun, engaging quizzes that put a smile on everyone’s faces.

We’ve been around for over 7 years, and we’re now at the stage where we’ve got real momentum behind us.

We believe 2025 is the year KwizzBit has take-off, and we’re all really excited about it.

The Role

You’ll be coming in as a Sales Executive to help us convert all the leads we have coming into the business daily.

You’re going to start with the hospitality sector, and eventually you’ll work across multiple industries as you grow and develop in the role.

You’ll be developed and mentored by the team, and you’ll work with the Founder of KwizzBit to get you up to speed.

The best part about the role is that the opportunity to join a company just before take-off is something that not many people get to do.

We’re wanting you to come in and grab this with both hands.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers in the hospitality industry.
  • Pitch the benefits of KwizzBit to pubs, restaurants, and other venues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Hit and exceed sales targets through a consultative sales approach.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in phone-based sales, recruitment, or call centre roles.
  • A hunger for success and a results-driven attitude.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge or interest in the hospitality sector is a plus!
