A leading optical retail store in Leicester is offering a full-time customer service apprenticeship position. The role involves providing excellent service by advising customers on their hearing aids and glasses and efficiently handling phone inquiries. Candidates will undertake a Customer Service Practitioner course at level 2 while gaining practical experience in a retail environment within a supportive team setting.
As an apprentice in our store and you’ll have everything you need to truly realise your potential in a role, all whilst earning a real wage. Giving customers top-notch advice. The role involves efficiently answering telephone calls to the store. Advising customers that their hearing aids/ glasses are ready or delayed as appropriate.

Route: Sales, marketing and procurement
Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate
Working Week: Days and Shifts to be confirmed. Full time to include weekend working.
