Job summary

TTI Europe in Manchester is offering a 17-month Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship. You will learn to deliver excellent customer experiences, handle enquiries, process orders, and support customers across the order journey.

Delivered by BMS Progress, the program combines on-the-job training with structured learning, workshops and coaching to achieve a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Interest in customer service and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and digital channels.
• Process and monitor customer orders.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Help resolve customer issues and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records in our business systems.
• Support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
