Job summary

TTI, Inc. Europe in Manchester is offering a 17-month Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship. You will learn to deliver excellent customer experiences, manage enquiries and orders, and support customers throughout the order journey while working with our Customer Service and Sales teams.

You’ll gain skills in communication, problem solving and service improvement as you progress toward a Level 3 qualification, with a structured learning program and coaching support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Interest in customer service and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and digital channels.
• Process and monitor customer orders.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Help resolve customer issues and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records in our business systems.
• Support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
