TTI Europe in Manchester offers a 17-month Customer Service Specialist Apprentice (Level 3) position. You will learn to deliver excellent customer experiences, manage inquiries, process orders and support customers throughout the order journey as part of our Customer Service and Sales teams.

Delivered by BMS Progress, this apprenticeship combines on-the-job experience with structured learning, workshops and dedicated coaching to achieve a Level 3 qualification.
