Job summary

YTL UK is offering an Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship in Bath. You will join the Customer Contact team at our Operations Centre, handling inbound calls, solving queries, and building strong customer relationships while you learn with full training and mentorship.

The programme lasts 13–15 months, with training delivered by Weston College. You’ll gain practical on-the-job experience, develop communication and problem-solving skills, and have access to a range of benefits and career

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Apprenticeship combines on-the-job training with college study.
