South East Water is offering a Customer Service Apprenticeship in the UK, with a structured 24-month programme that leads to a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification.

You will handle calls, assist with billing, refunds, and payment plans, and support water supply issues while learning on the job and through group workshops. The role includes shifts and potential bonuses as you progress.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or equivalent.
• Excellent computer abilities.
• Passion for serving others and delivering great service.
• Good time management to complete the apprenticeship.
• Confident communication with others and engaging with new people.
• Goal-focused and able to overcome difficulties.

Responsabilités

• Develop knowledge of the Customer Service area through the apprentice pathway.
• Understand business areas, processes, data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with peers to enhance teamwork and resolve customer problems.
• Deepen skills and knowledge to enable progression.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings with colleagues.
• Complete the Customer Service Level 3 apprenticeship.
