YTL UK is seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join the Operations team at our Bath head office. You will handle a range of customer enquiries, primarily by phone, and work with colleagues to uphold our high service standards.

You'll resolve queries promptly and may interact with other departments to find accurate solutions. We offer a supportive environment with training and opportunities to grow within the business.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with confident communication and strong organisational skills.
• Comfortable using multiple screens and various applications; computer literate.
• Able to work at a fast pace in an office-based environment; shifts flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of in-bound calls; be the first point of contact for customers and work with colleagues to maintain high service standards.
• Resolve queries efficiently and often coordinate with other departments or external parties to provide accurate answers.
• Assist customers with issues such as leaks, low water levels and drainage queries.
