Job summary

Aico in Oswestry is offering a Customer Service Apprenticeship. You will support the sales office, process orders, and handle general admin while training for a recognised apprenticeship standard.

You will work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth customer service transitions and gain hands-on experience in a supportive learning environment. The programme includes Functional Skills in English, Maths, and ICT, with coaching workshops and paid attendance at training sessions.

Qualifications

• Numerate and able to use basic maths in daily tasks.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or equivalent.
• IT competence with Microsoft packages or Sage is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide external and internal customers with a market-leading service.
• Process orders electronically and support Sales Office Manager.
• Undertake general office administration and respond to enquiries.
• Send emails to clients and digitise client records.
• Enter data and generate reports; collaborate with other departments.
