• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Track orders via courier sites and provide updates.
• Process returns and support refunds to completion.
• Raise replacement orders for damaged items.
• Assist with issuing customer refunds.
• Help manage and respond to customer service emails.
• Produce reports and provide administrative support.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all stages of the journey.
