Alfa Laval UK&I offers an 18-month fixed-term Sales Support Apprenticeship at our Camberley head office. You will work with customer service, sales and business support teams across Food & Pharma, Energy and Ocean divisions, while pursuing a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with order processing, customer communication, and coordination with manufacturing and dispatch, while meeting GCSE Maths/English requirements.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above.
• Excellent communication and IT/administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational ability.
• Customer focused with team and individual work capability.

Responsabilités

• Accurate entry of orders via email and EDI with Right First-Time focus.
• Manage and communicate with own customer base to ensure service quality.
• Answer queries promptly and effectively.
• Monitor orders and ensure timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with Service Operations, Manufacturing and Distribution.
• Assist and support sales, customer service and shared services.
